Your contract with us shall come into existence when we receive your completed care passport, booking fee and medication declaration. We will then issue you with a confirmation letter this will be sent within 48 hours of the booking being processed. Incomplete booking forms will be returned, and where information is incorrect or withheld, or where medical information is not available, we will be absolved of any liability, and reserve the right to cancel your booking. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel or curtail any break due to inappropriate behavior. We have a zero tolerance policy on alcohol and substance abuse. We, as a charity, reserve the right to terminate the break of any young person who contravenes this policy.
A non refundable deposit of 10 per day per person is required at the time of booking; this is the total cost of each day with the remaining cost being heavy subsidised by Aiming High for Disabled Children. There may be an additional charge for one to one care should this be required, we will do our best to help parents through the process of finding this funding should it be required. There are a limited number of places available for each day; places are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Should an activity day be full we will make you aware but will hold a reserve list should anyone cancel their booking.

If, after your booking has been confirmed, you wish to transfer to a different day or change the name in which the booking has been made, we will do our best to make the necessary changes as long as the relevant care passport and medication declaration is provided within 14 days of that change and changes made are done at least 7 days before the activity day commences.
You may cancel your activity day at any time however the booking fee is non returnable. In order to give as many other young people opportunities please where possible give us as much notice as possible.
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your arrangements for a day. If we are unable to provide the booked break arrangements you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative day arrangements. We also reserve the right to cancel the day of any young person who persistently displays inappropriate behavior during their time with us. In this instance, payment for the break will be retained.
If you have a complaint, please take it up initially with the staff team that is running the day. If you are not satisfied with the response, please write to the Youth Leader within 28 days of your day.
We accept responsibility for ensuring that the arrangements for the day you book with us are supplied as described in promotional material, and that the services offered reach a reasonable standard. We are not liable for acts/omissions or third party interference on a client’s behalf. It is a condition of the acceptance of liability that you notify us of any claim in accordance with the conditions relating to complaints. Where any payment is made to you or any members of your party, that person must assign to ourselves, or our insurers, any rights they may have to pursue any third party. Furthermore, they must agree to fully co-operate should our insurers, or we, wish to enforce those rights.
